We like to build lots of connection at liberty when starting young horses. Working your horse at liberty kills a few birds with one stone - your horse can find rhythm and relaxation in motion, you can check out their connection and accustom them to the wide space of the arena, all in one session. This is training horse Bertie's first session at liberty.
