Horsemanship is really knowing when to be, where to be, how to be and when to quit doing what you're doing. This is the key to feel and timing. When you're able to release on your horse THINKING about what you want, thats when things really start to look like magic.

Mia demos with the Liberty Stick how depending on which hand you use it in, you body language can either drive or draw your horse.
When starting in Mirror Me we use it in the outside hand to ask our horse to catch up with us, just how a mare swishes her tail to ask her foal to catch up!
